EcoTrop envisions becoming an Integrated Center of Excellence in the fields of EcoHealth and Tropical Climate Resilience.
Mission
- Enhance the role of researchers in integrating scientific discoveries into society. Foster contemporary research collaboration patterns.
- Expand research capacity and promote multidisciplinary collaboration networks to ensure the sustainability of research quality.
- Establish an integrated research center in the field of ecosystem health, encompassing animal, environmental, and societal health.
- Establish EcoHealth centers in Indonesia with the aim of preventing outbreaks of animal, wildlife, and zoonotic diseases and developing applicable research in disease control along with its supporting policies, ecosystems, and industries.
- Enhance international cooperation through integrated research with various scientific fields to address the pressing issues of global climate change resilience and mitigation.
Goal
